Kosovo Project

Kosovo Advisory Council:

Together with Chicago Kent Law School, the Group has worked to create a Kosovo Advisory Council to marshal pro bono economic development assistance and strategic consulting for the Kosovo government.

Kosovo Final Status Negotiations:

The Group is providing legal counsel to Kosovo in anticipation of impending final status negotiations.  

Human Rights:

The Group has provided a series of detailed legal memoranda to assist the Kosovar Government in formulating policy on refugee return/repatriation and in drafting new minority rights legislation.
